Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Telic Cognitive Systems (“Telic”, “we”, “us”) collects through teliccognitive.com, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors in every country we serve, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and India.

Who is responsible

Telic Cognitive Systems is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected]. Our registered office address is published on this page once incorporation is complete.

What we collect

Information you give us: when you book an audit, send a message or subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, the topics you select and your message. If you generate an AI Studio blueprint and attach it to a booking, we receive the project description you typed.

Conversations with our AI concierge: the questions you type are processed to generate an answer and are not used to identify you. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.

Usage information: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 records pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and which site features you use. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.

Technical information: our servers and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) process IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Security logs are kept for a short period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: Zoho Mail (email), Google (Analytics, Google Cloud and Vertex AI), Cloudflare (content delivery, security and spam protection) and, if you use our online calendar, Cal.com. We may disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in India, the European Union and the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case contract records are kept as the law requires. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Detailed analytics data: 2 months (Google Analytics default). Security logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. This includes rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use analytics cookies only with your consent. See our cookie policy for details and to change your choice.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and our infrastructure is protected by a web application firewall. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
