Accessibility statement

Telic Cognitive Systems wants everyone to be able to use teliccognitive.com, whatever their abilities, device or language.

Our standard

We design and test this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. It is checked with automated tools (Google Lighthouse and axe-core) and by keyboard-only navigation. We welcome reports from people using screen readers and other assistive technology.

Built-in accessibility settings

Use the accessibility button at the bottom of every page to enlarge text, switch to high contrast, use a readable font, widen spacing, underline links, pause animations, enlarge the cursor, strengthen focus outlines or turn on a reading guide. You can also switch between light and dark themes. Settings are remembered on your device.

What we do

Semantic headings and landmarks, a skip-to-content link, visible focus, full keyboard operation of menus, dialogs and tools, text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, motion that respects your system’s reduced-motion setting, right-to-left layout for Arabic, and forms with labelled fields and clear error messages.

Known limitations

Third-party embeds such as the booking calendar may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. The AI-generated blueprint PDF is a simple document and may not be fully tagged for screen readers; contact us for an accessible copy.

Feedback and help

If anything on the site is hard to use, email [email protected] with the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix issues as quickly as we can.
